Nan was turning 82 and we were having dinner at Jude's! She is an amazing cook! Elizabeth was bringing the cake so there was nothing for me to do :( I thought we needed some petit fours to have after the cake! So I decided to make some indulgent chocolate pistachio fudge! needless to say they did't last long! They were so chewy and rich and chocolaty and nutty and delicious... very more-ish too! Yum! They were a hit and a doddle to make! :)
